• PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants contains PLUSLON® an improved PTFE resin which provides protection from galling and seizing by forming a residual coating on all mating metal surfaces. It inhibits against the formation of rust and corrosion preventing freeze-up while providing resistance against washout by petroleum gases and various condensates.
• PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants keeps valves free moving, eliminates site contamination by providing continuous sealing of various LPG compositions, salt water. chemical solutions and various condensates. It is formulated to provide extreme pressure lubrication. will not freeze-up and provides continuous sealing during adverse operating conditions.

Description

PLUSCO 506 Peanut Butter Valve Lubricant is a synthetic base lubricant and sealant designed for use in gate valves as well as in ball and plug valves. Its synthetic base resists washout by crude oil, distillates or other petroleum hydrocarbons. PLUSCO 506 provides corrosion protection as well as extreme pressure lubrication to WKM type and other oilfield and pipeline valves.

PLUSCO 506 Peanut Butter Valve Lubricant will service temperatures from -20 °F to +275 °F and can be applied by injection with a standard high-pressure grease gun. It is equivalent or superior to many products commonly referred to as "Peanut-Butter Lube" including Lub-Chem 102 Special, Climax 110, and WKM 102.

Application

PLUSCO 506 Peanut Butter Valve Lubricant can be used on: WKM Gate Valves, McEvoy Valves, Rockwell Gate Valves, and Ingram Cactus Valves, as well as on a wellhead assembles, bodies and pipeline valves.

Description

PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant & Sealant is formulated as CO2 resistant valve lubricant and sealant. It provides superior lubrication and sealing to valves exposed to CO2 and other adverse environments. PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant & Sealant will not dissolve or wash out when exposed to CO2, H2S, crudes or other petroleum based fluids.

PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant & Sealant is very cohesive and will not wash out under adverse conditions thus maximizing continuous valve sealing. PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant & Sealant will allow continuous valve operation between extended lubrication intervals.

PLUSCO 507 Valve Lubricant & Sealant does not contain residual solids such as bentonite or soap thickeners which build up in the valve body and interfere with valve operation.

Application

PLUSCO 508 Environmentally Safe Gate Valve Lubricant & Sealant provides corrosion protection as well as extreme pressure lubrication to WKM type and other oilfield and pipeline valves.

508 Environmentally Safe Gate Valve Lubricant & Sealant will service temperatures from -15 °F to +450 °F, and can be applied by injection with a standard high-pressure grease gun. PLUSCO 508 contains corrosion inhibitor, EP additive and anti-oxidant.

This PLUSCO 509 Special Peanut Butter Valve Lubricant allows ease of valve operation while it provides sealing, and corrosion protection during interval valve service. PLUSCO 509 Special Peanut Butter Valve Lubricant does not contain any solvents or filler clays, which may interfere or hinder valve operation.

Description

PLUSCO 511 Arctic Grade Valve Lubricant & Sealant is formulated as a low temperature valve lubricant and sealant for hydrocarbon service. PLUSCO 511 Arctic Grade Valve Lubricant & Sealant is a synthetic polymer composition, which is chemically stable, non-drying and is impermeable to water and gases. It is insoluble in water thus eliminating possible valve freeze-up. PLUSCO 511 Arctic Grade Valve Lubricant & Sealant is also resistant to hydrogen sulfide and provides good compressibility over a wide temperature range. PLUSCO 511 Arctic Grade Valve Lubricant & Sealant does not contain any bentonite clays or soaps, which can interfere with normal valve operation.

Application

Description

PLUSCO 515 Semi-Synthetic Well Head Lube is a high temperature valve lubricant. It is formulated as a heavy-duty industrial lubricant with rust, corrosion and extreme pressure additives.

PLUSCO 515 Semi-Synthetic Well Head Lube graphite lubricant which provides a residual film of low co-efficient of friction which enhances its recommendation for industrial application. This graphite-based grease forms a lubricating film that prevents metal-to-metal contact by separating frictional surfaces. It is excellent for use where operating temperatures reach up to 575 °F (302 °C).

Application

Area of application for PLUSCO 515 Semi-Synthetic Well Head Lube include valve lubrication, couplings, bolts unions, nipples, bun plugs, gaskets, packings, drive chains, gears and pipe threads.

PLUSCO 515 Semi-Synthetic Well Head Lube is also recommended for high temperature bearings, cams, Industrial machine parts, farm equipment, automotive engine parts, construction equipment, mining equipment and oil and chemical refineries. It is also used in the oilfield for general lubrication of rig equipment, down-hole tools and instruments.
