This notice explains how the PLUSCO, Inc. website handles information when you browse products, prepare an inquiry, save a quote basket, or share customer feedback.
Product and quote inquiries
The contact form uses the name, email address, phone number, company, inquiry type, product information, and message you enter to prepare a draft in your email application. The form does not send that email automatically. If you send it, PLUSCO receives those details to respond to your inquiry. Your email provider also processes the message under its own policies.
The website does not save contact-form entries in its own browser storage. Your browser or email application may separately retain autofill information or drafts. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
Customer satisfaction survey
The survey collects your ratings for product quality, customer service, ordering and billing, delivery, and our team. Comments, name, company, and email address are optional. You can select “Not applicable” for an area you have not used.
The survey currently prepares an email draft for you to review and send; it does not submit feedback automatically or save answers in the website’s browser storage. If you send the draft, PLUSCO receives your feedback to review service quality and follow up when appropriate. Even if you leave the optional contact fields blank, an email you send includes your sender address and may include your email signature.
Saved quote basket and shared links
The quote basket uses your browser’s local storage to remember product IDs, quantities, packaging selections, and notes. This storage has no automatic expiry. Remove items on the Quote Basket page or clear this website’s site data in your browser. Clearing site data removes the saved basket; it does not delete emails you have already sent. If local storage is unavailable, the basket may not persist between visits.
Basket and inquiry links can include product selections, quantities, packaging, and notes in their URLs. These details may appear in browser history, shared links, and hosting or service logs when the address is requested. Anyone who receives such a link may be able to read those details. Avoid sensitive information in basket notes and share these links only with intended recipients. Preparing a basket does not place an order or send an inquiry.
Search, comparisons, and the product-finder demo
Product search and catalog filtering run in your browser. Comparison links include selected product IDs in the URL. The website does not save search terms as a search history in its own browser storage.
When enabled, the product-finder demo downloads a website search index and searches page and PDF excerpts in your browser. It does not send your questions to an AI provider or save a conversation in browser storage. Opening a result requests the selected page or document from its host. As with other browsing, those requests may produce technical logs.
Video, maps, and external services
The embedded YouTube player and Google map load only when you select their load buttons. Loading either connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies or similar technologies. The video uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Closing an embed removes it from view but does not erase information already received or stored by Google. The website does not save your load choice for future visits.
Pages also request fonts, icons, and some images or documents from external services, including Google Fonts and Cloudflare’s cdnjs. These connections can transmit your IP address and technical request information even if you do not load a video or map. External scripts run in your browser as part of the page.

Cookies and technical information
This version of the website does not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts or set its own cookies through its application code. It uses local storage for the quote basket as described above. This does not mean that external services or hosting infrastructure cannot use cookies or other storage.
Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URLs, request times, and errors to deliver and operate the website. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies and site data. You can browse product information without loading the optional map or video.
Your choices and questions
You choose whether to send an inquiry or survey email, provide optional survey contact details, save a quote basket, or load external media. For questions about information you have sent to PLUSCO, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us using the details below. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
