Description

PLUSCO 600 Poly Lube is a multi-purpose high temperature polymer type grease which contains a complete EP package additive. It is made with PLUSLON®, a film forming PTFE resin which has the lowest co-efficient of friction of any known material and is not affected by acids, oils, caustics or many solvents. It also contains rust and oxidation inhibitors for improved protection and performance. Its synthetic base provides washout resistance superior to that of conventional greases. PLUSLON® provides residual lubrication by its film forming capabilities, thereby decreasing normal lubrication intervals two to three times. PLUSLON® PTFE resins eliminate metal-to-metal contact providing unmatched solid film lubrication protection under the most demanding conditions. Poly Lube is available in standard grease cartridges and bulk containers.

Application

PLUSCO 600 Poly Lube is premium industrial lubricant recommended for various size bearings including automotive wheel bearings, chassis ball joints, fifth-wheels, universal joints, water pumps, cables, slides, cams, valves, winches and other industrial equipment requiring an extreme pressure lubricant. Other areas of application include wheel bearings on boat trailers, construction equipment such as graders, excavation equipment, draglines, bulldozer, marine equipment, farm equipment and other areas where water washout is common.

Description

• PLUSCO 601 Film Forming Lubricant is a highly concentrated film forming lubricant formulated to decrease lubrication internals and increase equipment productivity. PLUSCO 601 Plus Lube is made with PLUSLON® which is inert to acids, caustics additives, various hydrocarbons including gasoline and solvent.
• PLUSCO 601 Film Forming Lubricant film forming properties exhibits an extremely low co-efficient of friction through its film forming action thus separating surface-to-surface contact and thereby conserving energy. The residual film of PLUSLON® provides instant lubrication to the critical areas of the equipment which require instant lubrication during start up. This film forming lubricant reduces equipment wear and guards against the effects of corrosion and damage from rust to vital equipment areas.

Application

PLUSCO 601 Film Forming Lubricant is an extremely versatile lubricant with a broad range of applications. PLUSCO 601 Plus Lube is effective for certain bearing applications operating on low torque and under extreme pressure conditions. PLUSCO 601 Plus Lube can be used as an additive to gear reduction units, manual transmissions, chain drive units, conveyor systems, to bolts and studs and can be used as a gasket dressing.

Description

• PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant is a premium all-purpose lubricant and sealant designed for applications which require the very best product available. It is made with PLUSLON® PTFE resin which has the lowest coefficient for friction of any known material, and is not affected by acids, caustics, or any other common solvents.
• PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant is unsurpassed as thread sealant in connections 2' or smaller. It seals pressures up to 20,000 psi and maybe used at temperatures up to 600°F.
• PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant is especially effective when used on stainless steel threads, which have a very high tendency to gall and seize. It has also been used effectively on fiberglass threads, in plastics, various soft metals, as well as carbon steel. PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant should not be used on oxygen lines due to its hydrocarbon content.
• PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant may be mixed with conventional oils in gearbox applications to improve their performance provided there are no small orifices or bearings in the system. PLUSCO 604 seals off leaks, reduces friction and heat generation in gear systems.

Application

• PLUSCO 604 Lubricating Sealant is recommended as a thread sealant to replace TEFLON tape. Making up threaded connections to hydraulic lines. Preparing threaded connections on plumbing lines. Making up connections on automatic fire prevention systems. Installation of pneumatic lines. Installation of meters, gauges and instrument lines. Any threaded connection where galling and seizing can occur. Making up of fiber glass, stainless steel, galvanized, ferrous, aluminum or dissimilar connections. Additive to seal off leaking gear boxes, reduce heat and decrease friction. Gasket dressing. Buttering of O-Rings. Recommended for application to studs and nuts, allows ease of breakout. Reduces friction and heat generation in gear systems. Making up flange connections.
• Some recommended application areas are : Apply to all conventional pump and valve packing. Additive to differential drives. Manual operated automotive transmissions.
