Description
PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants is a High Viscosity Valve Lubricant and Sealant is a premium valve lubricant designed to provide continuous lubrication and sealing during service an after extended downtime periods.
PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants contains PLUSLON® an improved PTFE resin which provides protection from galling and seizing by forming a residual coating on all mating metal surfaces. It inhibits against the formation of rust and corrosion preventing freeze-up while providing resistance against washout by petroleum gases and various condensates.
PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants keeps valves free moving, eliminates site contamination by providing continuous sealing of various LPG compositions, salt water. chemical solutions and various condensates. It is formulated to provide extreme pressure lubrication. will not freeze-up and provides continuous sealing during adverse operating conditions.
Application
PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants is recommended for use in service of alkalies, glycols, diluted acids and other various solutions found in most chemical streams.
PLUSCO 503HV Plug Valve Lubricants & Sealants is formulated for application to valves equipped with bottom head fittings.
