PLUSCO 813 Wheel Mounting Lubricant is used in mounting steel rail car wheels to their axles.
Application Instructions: Shake or mix prior to use. Apply by brush or roller to the outside ends of each axle and the inner surfaces of each wheel prior to mounting.
