Description
PLUSCO 471 Cable Lubricant for Greaseless Wireline Injection Units - Fastline 471 Defender is a thin, pumpable cable lubricant formulated for use in standard "Greaseless" Wireline Injection Units. The product contains a blend of corrosion inhibitors, antioxidants, friction modifiers, and H2S scrubbers to reduce friction, minimize wear, and protect the line from harmful H2S to minimize downtime due to failures and extend cable life. Our proprietary H2S scrubber contains a zinc carboxylate to bond with the H2S.
Fastline 471 Defender adheres to the cable to reduce spill and splatter and maximize protection from harmful H2S gases that permeate through the protective sheath.
Application
Fastline 471 Defender offers protection against acids, caustics, saltwater, H2S, and other chemical compounds found downhole. It is also designed to function effectively in low-temperature conditions.
